UNLV staying in the MW atleast till 2032. MW needs to add UTEP, SAC. ST., TEX ST., and the better of MONTANA schools. UNLV can now concentrate on the issues with making them attractive to the BIG 12 in 2032.

Before you say the American has the “inside track” please reference the records and bowl records of the PAC 12. The performance of the new PAC 12 is far and above the American. Ask Memphis and Tulane fans. They agree.

The pac 12 schools dont want to merge. Theyve thought all along that theyre better than the remaining MW schools and dont want to attach themselves to what they perceive as dead weight. Its hubris that is winning over pragmatism.

You aren’t educated on the situation. The PAC12 teams want a competitive conference with no dead weight. It’s not that they “think they’re better”. They’re objectively more valuable. Why would they want to subsidize 6 bad brands that generate no revenue.

@itskeaton7249 doesn't matter if you don't have an actual conference. By the looks of it, the pac is going to need to "dilute" to fill the conference anyway. Fans are still living in fantasy land apparently.

@@itskeaton7249 right, so they'd rather end up paying over a hundred million to end up with USU and Sac State or whoever else they're gonna end up with. Makes total sense.
