The nmi comparison seems unequal between the two models, one of 10KG and one of 4KG it is visible to the eye that the K&F has more robust tubes, however I found some stability problems on the K&F in the joints. With the same flow rate, the Manfrotto is better, even more expensive.

I like Manfrotto gear but really hate their proprietary tripod plate, as many people say. I need a travel tripod and will grab a K&F before I hit the road again. Cheers.

Ha ha yes I've heard that before 😂, yes I feel like the K&F will be better set for travel shots, there may even be a tripod that's even more better suited to travel photography/videography. Something more lightweight and compact, saying that I might now have an idea for a future video ..... 😂

Manfrotto make very good tripods but I found their proprietary camera plates they use is where they fall down. I've been looking at the K & F for a little while now as they look amazing and their pricing is very reasonable but that can bring their build quality into question. I would be interested to see a follow up video to see how they stack up in the field over time. Thanks, Paul.

Wow that's so crazy! I've literally been noting down some pros and cons of each tripod over the past months as I planned to make a follow up video with my thoughts on each one after being used for a couple months. ... Should be out in a couple weeks hopefully!

A 4kg maximum weight may be way too little for you, even with normal camera and lens, because if you often shoot outside in windy conditions and need to hang weights for stability, you suddenly need a much higher maximum weight… Something to consider… 🤗

Thank you for comparising, but don't you compare apples with peaches? If you say that the K&F has a unique 90° turnable column, you should compare it to the Manfrotto Beefree Series which also has this 90°-feature. These have a ball head, too, which makes it to the branded equivalent to the K&F. For my purpose (having a 90° column) the Manfrotto would then win, since you are showing the better quality. If I would like to save 100 Euro, I would take the K&F. I also want to have a cinema fluid head, as shown here. I can buy this easily from Manfrotto and, thus, can change the head depending on the actual work (Foto, Movie).

Thanks for the feedback, the idea for this video was to compare two different types of tripods around the same price point, I could have definitely compared a ball head with another ball head but really wanted to show everyone what's out there and some tripods that have interesting features that you may not commonly see with a standard "stock" tripod if that makes sense. I do plan on making a follow up in the future so I may mention some of the points you've brought up. 👍🏼
