New loopshooter is a good deviation from that rule btw. Caper have cool kit that lets you use her defensive stats to maximize her potential, and Narantuya does exactly the same, but better, while not excelling at killing bosses.

Not really, centurion attack 3 at once with 100% damage to those enemies. While pepe 100% only work to 1 enemies while the aoe splash is only half damage (50% damage)

Yeah she doesn't have a target limit. So it's true AOE. However, unlike reapers, the main target she attacks takes 100% of her ATK as damage, while her AOE deals 50% of her ATK as damage.
