The True Fix for Ford Bronco Weak Steering

I’ve known for awhile that the 74W is the real solution, but being on a tight budget, not able to do that near term. But my Bronco is a keeper, so eventually I will seek out your shop for my build. This is what I need for my Everglades. Last time we had it out at Katemcy I was nervous it would Break but we managed to survive that. This would give me some piece of mind.

I understud that front suspension parts like Spindles and Ty Rods are make to snap to allow the wheel to not cause damage to the passenger area in a head on crash. Also, the detachment of the wheel, disc, hub helps remove mass thus slowing the vehicle down. Common engineering in F1. So you are trading parts repair for safety.

Point that thing up hill and hop the front end. If it holds up then you have something. The shock load and lifted steer angles are whats killing these things!

Well someone has to be the first to ask, what's the ballpark cost for the setup you installed here (rack and toe rods)?

Expect to pay somewhere in the neighborhood of $5k installed if you DON’T already have a Hoss 3 rack as a donor. We will be including programming with our install for free, but not the actual install and alignment. It may sound like a lot but it’s comparable in price to a full hydro-assist setup installed in a Wrangler. As good? No, buts damn good.

I also have the baja kit suspension upgrade just like the bronco in the video.. I was wondering if you have had stiff steering after the baja kit was installed with the OEM steering rack ..? Or does this upgrade steering fix the stiff steering issue ? Please let me know. Thanks
