Appreciate your honesty about the flaws in the packaging, the card stock, and you give a really good rundown of the guidebook and the 'upright' keywords. Just as you showed the Strength card my orange tabby cat jumped in my lap, my own little lion, so that might mean something? I've been on the fence about this one but you've made me reconsider it. Thanks, Candy, for your usual wonderful insights and energy.

I had no idea that the creator for the True Heart Intuitive Tarot was from the movie "Charmed". That's so cool and is tempting me to get this deck even more. Thanks for sharing the photos

Very nice review, thank you! I may be mistaken, but I believe the 10 of Wands card is depicting a scarab beetle, which was believed by the ancient Egyptians to be responsible for rolling the sun across the sky each day.

Ooo Donna you are a gem! A mystery solved. Without the sun harvest fail, things don’t bloom 💜

I'd seen this deck floating around and started watching a flip though but halfway through decided it wasn't a deck for me, since I now have almost 100 decks (dont tell my family) and I'm being very choosy about what I bring into my collection. I did see and LOVED the World card but I won't buy a deck for just one card. I didn't know who Rachel True was and I haven't seen the Craft and then I watched this walkthrough and realised I have found my self-work/shadow work deck!! Pizza box packaging and all ; ) I did some research and I've now watched a few interviews with Rachel True, now a fan!! and the deck is on its way to me and I can't wait to start working with it. So thank you so a fantastic review. BTW...I eat avocado on toast (sourdough...thank you very much) for breakfast and sometimes even for lunch and dinner. Whats so wrong with that???....lol

I promise I won’t tell your family about the 100 decks if you promise to forgive me about the avocado on toast 😂 (I eat it too 🤫 don’t tell anyone.....but not with a perfect family in matching clothes, normally I eat it standing up by myself whilst looking out of my kitchen window thinking I must go pick up that dog poo on the patio!) so glad you found the video helpful and I hope you love the deck 💜💜

Thank you for such a good walkthrough Candy 😊 I'm on the fence with this one, though I've no idea why! It feels very modern, which I like, the colours are amazing & I love the placement of women in cards that are traditionally male. One of my favourite decks also has the courts all looking the same age & it is disappointing, I can't understand why the artists would do that! Glad you have connected so well with it 💙xxx

I love it but I know card stock is a real issue for lots x

@@CandySoulAndSoil personally I like thin cardstock- otherwise I can't shuffle when too big or chunky! 🤣

Hi Candy Dear! I totally agree about decks that depict the court cards as young people, especially the Kings and Queens. This really bothers me!!! Those cards for me, at their root, are about the wisdom that can only come with age. It seems like a reflection of our youth obsessed western cultures that are perpetuating this trend, along with still so much body beautiful/ perfect characters in new tarot decks. Still...I really enjoyed walking through this deck with you. It is one I probably never would have given a second glance, based in large part on its box cover art. Too funny how it reminds you of a pizza box! LOL 💌🪶🕸🦚🦢✨

Thank you for another great video Candy. It's a mix bag deck for me. I'm thrilled by some of the depictions and really don't love others. Thank you so much for the in depth walkthrough. I'm still on the fence. If you had to choose between this one and the Mystical Dream Tarot which would you choose?
@CandySoulAndSoil3 жыл бұрын
Ooo Jenn those are two I couldn’t chose between because they are so different and both do totally different things. I would honestly say buy both as you won’t be doubling up. I haven’t read the guidebook through for the mystical dream so can’t totally speak in depth but I’m using it at the minute for nightly single card draws and it’s amazing and really different. So if I was REALLY pushed to make a choice after just a few card pulls with the mystical dream I’d say if you want something closer to RWS go with the true heart, if you want a more lone wolf one go with the mystical dream
