THE TRUE MEANING OF SAUNA: an authentic sauna experience from Finland 🇫🇮

We went to find out why going to sauna is a normal habit for most of Finns. To dive into the topic we needed to get back to the roots of sauna to understand the spiritual value it has. 🧖🏻‍♀️
Going to sauna is healthy for your body and mind but that is not the sole reason why sauna culture has survived hunderds of years through.
Sauna healer Laura Foon "Sauna-akka" is showing us what is the soul of sauna in Sipoonjoki heritage sauna. And what are the rituals for calling it. 💪🏻
