My parents lived in Bridgeport in the 70s when this happened. My dad said he never went to the house, his mom wanted him to stay away from it. He only lived about a mile and a half away and remembers the traffic being backed up from the crowds of people going there! I’m reading a book about it now and it makes me want to start writing a horror film inspired by this event

I had multiple FAM members there and it was real from what they tell me.. they seen dishes smashing and the fridge jumping up and down and just stuff that a regular kid cant HOAX in my opinion..the house and the one next store that look identical are still up and occupied to this day I think because I drove by here the other day and they didn't look abandoned..🙏but BLESSINGS to everyone reading this , I hope u have a great rest 2022 and way beyond..🙏💯‼👍👊✌

My dad grew up a a block or two from here and remembers the day it went down and he went to school with the girl. Said she was quiet and weird.

I saw this reported on the news when I was 12. Everything sounded believable because the entire nation was in still in the grip of The Exorcist phenomenon, the recent publishing of Stephen King’s Carrie, and the massacre of the DeFeo family in Amityville. But when the reporter said the family cat was heard talking, we bursted out into laughter. We couldn’t help but think “Hoax”.

@@mRcHoW777 Earlier this week, I drove by the house (not stopping or getting out of my car), and saw porch lights on and a car parked in front of the house. That told me that the house was still occupied.

I lived near in Bridgeport CT I was there only remember the swans outside the flying I was only 14 years old it was only a couple were I lived I know they they could sell that house now it scares me but God makes me strong and I don't want to think about it now but it was pretty scary but now I'm not afraid they couldn't sell that house for a long time now I think they built condos on it but growing up as a kid you you look at it differently a haunting oh it's all made up but it was for real just having faith in God I would not want to see that right now
