The gangsta baggy clothes style for some reason hid bad skating style, once all clothes went tight, the true style kings stood alone. If you can rock the hipster clothes, or punk rock style and still look good on skates, you win. I dont give a fuck if you do a royale on a curb, Style trumps tech any day of the week.

gag! not true, the you need room to breath, rollerblading was not meant for tight pants. People don't squash their tricks the same they don't slide into their grinds. nobody does budgets anymore. Which at the time were completely epic. Everybody has their own style. And some peoples style fit tight jeans and most people styles fit loose jeans. s. Kelso, broskow, farmer, cheshire were all great with baggy jeans. Why change perfection? Now they all look the same. Colin style fits tight jeans.
