I was wondering. Do you think octolens could be good tool to source jobs leads. I'm thinking of using this for tech jobs. Often time people will make post about jobs openings at there company. These jobs would probably have less competition since they wouldn't be on job boards.

You could but it kind of just picks up on chatter or key words. I can assure you if you pick the wrong key words you will blow out your quota in 1 day. It's just a listener for chatter around a key word.
