From a child's point of view to an adult, when she said "so I just had to deal with it" speaking about people grabbing her because of the job she chose, it made me cringe!! Noone deserves to be grabbed, touched, or put in an uncomfortable state of mind... It's so sad that people think they deserve this because of the line of work they chose. Noone deserves this and neither do celebs. They deserve their privacy too

As a theatre person and hearing how fast the rehearsal and performance schedules were is just incredible! That’s a lot of memorization and work, and I’ve always wanted to do acting since I was little (though may be too late as I’m 20 yr old college kid working to pay school as I go), so hearing your experience is awesome girl :)

I think one misconception about working for Disney is that they treat you like you're royal and shower you with gifts and free stuff. Skai mentions the tickets and small wrapped gifts, but in general, like any company who's out to make a profit, they can't afford to shower the clients/employees with gifts. As any other normal "job" you get paid, you don't get this treatment either. Realistically, Disney as a corporation between the parks, internet side, media/tv side, they have thousands of employees who rotate out on contracts. No child star will stay over like 10 years, by then you're older and move forward. Disney sounds pretty nice compared to what I've heard about Nickelodeon but at the same time, it is still a job. I LOVE Skai and the fact that she's so humble, naturally beautiful, and such a sweet soul. I grew up watching her on Disney and I must say Disney does pick some of the best.
