There's no way the 9ers are going to trade him to an NFC team and risk having to face him in the playoffs. It's going to be a trade but they're looking for a team that is desperate. If it IS an NFC team it'll be the Saints, who will be improved but that entire division is a mess, only Tampa seems to be climbing out and no one knows what Atlanta is going to be. The 9ers are going to want the kitchen sink in a trade so, it's going to have to be either a SWAP trade or a 1st and a 2nd rnd pick to get them to even consider it.

Well in fairness all 3 people you mentioned are 28 years old or older. You might be good for this next year but long term aiyuk would prolly be their best person to hold onto. Additionally Samuel hasn’t had a 1k season since 21 This year was kittle’s first 1k season since 19 And mccaffrey being a 28 yo rb has a high chance of regressing at any moment, or even getting injured

After the Chiefs went back to back with a TE and okay WRs, I don’t think we will see another 30+ million dollar receiver again. There are way too many talented players coming in from the draft or undrafted that can spend 4-9 years in a spot getting paid under 20 million and still producing. O Line, D line and line backers are positions that will go up in pay next as there’s a lot less amazing talent in those positions.
