What you said fits a lot of us. I turned wrench's for years and my hobby is still working on cars. There is no better feeling then fixing that portion of a project. It just makes you want to finish more of it. All it takes is one little piece at a time. Have a great day.

Great video. I bought my first tri five (57 4 door patina wagon) this January and got it on the road 2 days ago. It was such an awesome feeling to get it driving and watch the people almost break their necks as they stare at it when I drive by or stop and get gas lol. I feel the same as you. Get out there and figure it out. 10 minutes here and there actually add up to progress. Keep pushing forward and you’ll get there. Happy hot rodding everyone 😎

@@junksautomotive Yeah I don't usually buy complete rebuilds, Mine are generally running and driving that needs a little tinkering and light work done when I get done I'll sell it for a little more than what i have in it so atleast I make something. I just finished a 77 Buick Skylark that I sold for what I had in it to a one of the young 20 something girls at work and sold it for what I had in it because her husband just up and left her with their 2 year old kid and no car, I let her drive the car for 6 months until I told her make payments so I knew she and the child were good to go. I wasn't really worried about the money in that situation but I kept the car in my name and on my insurance until then.

@RH-ry2zi Hi Rh! All states have different rules and laws. Indiana isn't the easiest but can be done depending on the circumstances. You'd really have to contact your states DMV and find out what the process is. If your 4 door has a VIN plate, that's a start I would say.

A guy couldn't get you to walk a feller through the process of how you got your title for us Indiana kids.
@junksautomotive2 ай бұрын
@inthegaragejoe Hey Joe! Welp it's a lot. I went to the DMV and they gave me all the paperwork to fill out and send into my county court to apply for a court date. You basically have to have the state of Indiana give a court order to the dmv to issue you a title. Fill that paperwork out completely, pay the fee (if the paperwork isn't complete they will send it back) the court will issue you a court date. You will have to have a clean vin tag (not reported stolen or shows a title in someone's name) mine was old enough it didn't show as a vin that was in the system. I had a bill of sale from the guy I bought it from. I also had bill of sale from the guy he had it from! That's what helped me. Depends on what county your in. Madison co is one of the easiest I hear. Took me 6 months to get it all done. Your mileage may vary. Good luck!
