According to Islam and the Quran, Aaron and Moses are not the uncles of Jesus, but as you may quite well know, the expression "O daughter of Aaron" was related to a common way of naming people according to their noble ancestors and Prophets. The Prophet Muhammed himself had a wife of Jewish origins, Safiyyah bint Huyayy. And when a lady had insulted her because of such origins and she was crying, he consoled her by wiping her tears and saying: "Certainly, you are the daughter of a Prophet, Aaron, your uncle is a Prophet, Moses, and you are married to a Prophet, Muhammad; so what is she boasting to you about?" (Jami’ al Tirmidhi, 3894). Didn't the Prophet Muhammed really know that his own wife wasn't the direct daughter of Aaron? Come on! If a Jew calls me a cousin, I know he doesn't intend to say that his father is my uncle, but he is respecting me by pointing to our common relation to Abraham, and I always feel very honored to hear that from my Jewish friends.

Mary's (the mother of Jesus) father was from the family of Amram and Mary's mother was from the family of Aaron. That is why Mary was called the Daughter of Amram and sister of Aaron in the Quran. Mary's father has direct relation that extends to Solomon and David.

According to Islam, mother Mary is from the lineage of Moses and Arun. She was not the actual sister, as this jewish rabbi correctly said there is a big age gap. In ancient Semitic usage, a person’s name was often linked with that of a renowned ancestor or founder of the tribal line. Thus, for instance, a man of the tribe of Banu Tamim was sometimes addressed as “son of Tamim” or “brother of Tamim.” Since Mary belonged to the priestly caste, and hence descended from Aaron, the brother of Moses, she was called a “sister of Aaron,” in the same way as her cousin Elizabeth, the wife of Zachariah, is spoken of in Luke 1:5 as one of “the daughters of Aaron.”

Come on Rabbi, do a better job. You know that absolutely no Muslims consider Moses or Aaron to be literal uncles of Mary. It is figurative according to all interpretations. In fact, the bible refers to Mary , as the daughter of Aaron, yet people don't take that literally.
