I really like your positive attitude and the way you deal with everyday's problems with a positive look instead of getting mad and ruining your life... Every country has problems and it's the way you deal with them that matters most.

I know the roundabout in Tangier. and I remember more than just one. It's comparable to some of the bigger ones in the UK. Scary if you're not used to it and if nobody knows which lane is for which exit. We also have double roundabouts. There one called The Magic Roundabout, which is one huge circle, but with 6 circles at each exit. It's notorious, but as long as you treat each circle as a separate junction, you'll be fine.

Guys chill ! My foreign friends said the same thing about driving in Morocco. It's crazy how some people don't follow the code and we know that, we need to work on it and spread awareness not normalize it. Crossing the road is a problem when we don't have many crosswalk and many coffee shops are blocking the road. The thing is that we are so used to it and we know how to handle it, but it's still annoying in many situations.

That’s my point of my live last night on IG people no matter what country should accept and normalize stuff that is dangerous and can hurt others. Have to start somewhere else

Oh believe me road laws are enforced in Morocco, people get fined for being 5% over the speed limit, and the consequences can be as severe as a prison sentence if you're going fast enough, the problem is that young Moroccans don't give a flying F, especially motorcyclists, they're often teenagers riding with no helmet on, running red lights, and lane splitting like they're in a video game, I was one and I had my fair share of accidents, not too long ago a kid in my town lost a limb running a red light

Did you know that the odometer in your car never indicates the exact speed in your car? If you drive your car at 60 km per hour, you are actually only driving 54 km per hour.

Yep,driving in Morocco is something else, completely different to the state. You got to be alert at all times,don't panic and don't allow pressure get in to you by other drivers behind you,just take your time and do what you got to do.

Love your content lol. Been away long enough to see some of the same things about my own country. Driving in Morocco is basically just rolling with the punches. It has gotten better though and I love Morocco all the same (although I have to remind myself sometimes).

It would be really helpfull to know what all these hidden customs are like the hidden rules on the road. Position on the road. How to handle that wisely. I drove there a few times on vacation but ended up with a heartrate of over 200 multiple times deciding it was better to grab a taxi lol. Nice content.

Yes i definitly love my country, but after living few years in canada and being used to driving here, i most tell you, i dont miss driving in morocco at all. I remember one time i tried an experience, you can try it too, i was at a busy red light in agdal next to mango, i gave the honk a little pulse (even though the light was still red) every single car around me started honking it was so chaotic. Moroccans in general are so stressed behind the steering wheel
@rifitto10 ай бұрын
Indeed the driving in Morocco is a total mess especially inside the cities ,it was way worse in the recent past ,but with the new roads built all over, the driving is getting less chaotic ,however there is still a lot of work to do , behavior wise mainly

This is a good topic. I'm a Moroccan now living abroad in America so like you I can definitely tell the difference between both countries' driving behaviors. Driving in Morocco is like an adventure and you just hope you'll make safe at your destination 😂. People don't really follow a lot of rules but others expect them not to...In America driving is much better, and people are more self-conscious about the rules. In Morocco cops enforce *some* speeding rules mainly on highways just for money but in the middle of cities driving is chaotic. If you told me food between US and Morocco, which is better I'd say Morocco. But if you tell me driving, I'd def. say America is much better in that department! Moroccans definitely need to improve on driving. Thanks for the topic!

Driving in Morocco is really fine, is not that hectic. You kind of described driving in India or something like that. There are very minimal accidents in Morocco. Not to mention many tourists drive from town to town. Unfortunately, your driving experience for that long has been hectic. Please remember driving in the US is not perfect as you mentioned, there are loads of drunk driving happening....so just to mention.
