Most dropshippers make 20% profit. But get the reality shock when their revenue passes $100k in a year (thats only 20k per year profit). You have to pay sales tax, thats 20% of your product revenue STRAIGHT to tax. BOOM 0 profit. You have a 100k revenue store thats making 0 profit 😂 so if you see any dropshipper boasting 20% margins, they're making 0 after taxes
