I think as students, we are bound to feel like this about grades. Everyone in my school sets such high standards and will not accept anything below A’s or B’s with themselves. One day, I got a C in my French midterm but then I got an high B in the finals. I cried so much my nose bled. Honestly, everyone feels this way a lot and it’s completely understandable to be upset but don’t make it a habit!

Jordan, I want to assure you that you are not a failure. You should be proud of what you have already been able to achieve and I too know what it is like to feel like a failure or a big disappointment to people I have felt like I have let people down. People are only asking you to do your best, and that's all they are expecting from you. And don't be too hard on yourself and at the end of the day your health is way more important. If you ever feel the need to talk to someone, there are people who are available to support you. At the end of the day, your family will be proud of you no matter what grade you receive. Please prioritize your health and well-being because your health always comes first.

Hey Jordan it sounds like you definitely had a crazy finals week but you made it through them! know you are stronger than you think ,wiser than you believe and are awesome! A tip that might help with your anxiety when you start feeling like it’s hard to breathe try taking a few deep breaths and letting them out along with listening to some calming music, sometimes coloring can help too which might sound abit odd but it can help! Hey I get it and I do the same times and I remember my first finals week my first semester and I always try to review until I take the final (and most of the time I react how you did) and I still do from time to time. But, now I am finishing up my 2nd year of college and I learned that whatever happens let it happen and at the end of the day if you pass the class that's all that matters.
