Mokwheel. At the moment, Mokwheel has been my favorite brand. They build very good quality bikes. They take the time to grind the weld joints smooth which just adds to the looks. I Purchased the Basalt ST and also the Scoria. Both very powerful, and fun to ride. Since my purchase they have started shipping both with changes and upgrades. They change to a thumb throttle, branded hand grips, and finger shifters. Having said all that, their customer service is lacking and needs to be improved.

I cannot get Haoqi to honor their 2 year warranty. I paid $2000 dollars for the dual battery cheetah and it’s had issues from day one. They sent me a controller panel and a assembly cable and the motor still won’t power on. They have no bike shops like REI that will work on their bikes. I sent them videos proving my bike is not working properly and now they won’t email me back

Oh no, I am sorry to hear that. Your the first I have heard about that had trouble with the brand. I would call, email, and find their social media pages and contact them that way too. You can also check with your credit card company and let them know it arrived broke and you have tried to get it resolved. Some people have had success in getting the charge reversed.

How is the range? You memtioned that you went 15 miles but you didn't mention what kind of a charge you had left. I have a lectric XP 2.0...i think my battery would have been completely dead. 😂 Great looking cheeseburger!
