I would assume due to his Orthodox Jewish background and him being in one of the most wealthiest and powerful families in the world, that he would have to take the traditional route of having a wife and children regardless of his true lifestyle. Besides, both Jared and Ivanka appear commonly to be most loyal to each of their fathers and would do whatever they are told to do. I just hope they shield the children from this arrangement and they grow up to be happy and loving adults. That is what every parent should want for their child. So far Jared and Ivanka seem to be obliging their roles quite well but more as business partners than man and wife though.

If you work 12-14 hours per day, sleep at least 6 hours and have three kids, when would you have time to even develop enough intimacy to lead to marital spats? She has 6 hours a day she isn't at work or asleep, and I at least hope she is spending a minimum of 3 hours with her kids a day when she's not traveling. That's 3 hours of free time to potentially be intimate and every Saturday on a week with no business travel. I spend more time with my dog than she spends with her husband. I've always thought their pairing seems to be more about mutual benefit and network sharing than true, deep romance. But, only another workaholic can tolerate a workaholic spouse (if there's any desire to have a functional marriage). My own parents married for love, but I often wasn't sure where they were at any given time, other than on a business trip. I appreciate the commitment and drive, but from experience, their family is unquestionably suffering for it. As a child of high earning workaholics that traveled a lot, I can say that it wasn't awful (I'm not complaining), but I wouldn't choose to raise a family like that. At least not with kids so young.
