In all of the paintings that I’ve seen about Leah, she was beautiful, but there was an imperfection. But the Bible says that she loved the Lord and her family and gave thanks for each of her blessings (including her children). Thank you for the lesson, sir!

Laban was crafty just like the "serpent" in the garden. That serpent was a crafty man with half baked doctrine. Just like you said the Rachel and Leah situation was similar to Esau and Jacob. The Jacob and Laban situation was similar to the serpent and Adam and Eve. It's like even the stories of the lives of the forefathers precept each other in certain situations.

The bible states what it states and shouldnt be added to or taken away from ..Genesis 29: 16 Now Laban had two daughters; the name of the older was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel. Also Genesis 29: 26 Laban replied, “It is not our custom here to give the younger daughter in marriage before the older one. they were not twins far as i can tell.. just saying

Ok I have a question about the Rachel/Leah story. In Book of Jasher, it says that during the feast, Laban turned out the lights. Jacob was told it was a custom in the land to turn out the lights. Everone at the feast knew about Laban's scheme. The musicians at the feast sang "Heleah, Heleah" but Jacob did not catch on. While the lights were out, Leah was brought to Jacob in place of Rachel. He slept with Leah, thinking it was Rachel. So how did he see Leah?

I have a couple serious questions that's been on me, I usually dont ask questions, but do research for myself, but what actually is considered a marriage? Is it just sex? Is it a relationship? Is it what we call a marriage? Y did they have multiple "wives"? I'm so confused on how that work if we cant fornicate or commit adultery.
@banyahu63745 жыл бұрын
Matt 5:31-32 some insight ....also Exo 22:16 Levi 21:13 sex is marriage .... before you lie with the woman she is promised to you when you lie with her she is your wife
@davidmaciasisaza4 жыл бұрын
Marriage is when two are united by Yah. Not all unions are by the will of God. If two people unite their lives by their own will it is called fornicacion because it was the flesh what united them...they can hire a priest and pay for a neat feast and for a blessing but it is still fornication. The children born on from this marriage will have many troubles until they repent and also after. The son of God Said that all divorce is adultery except for those who have been united in fornication in which case the divorce is their repentance of and turning away from that flesh based relationship. You can tell which are legitimate marriages with Yah's blessing and which are fleshly marriages by their fruit. Hope this gives you light. Peace.

Interesting break down. Im thinking, tender is used in the scriptures presented here as an adjective meaning it describe something. In Leah's case it described her EYE not her character. The other verses described a tender person which refered to their character. Furthermore, in those days we all know that women had no rights. Additionally, men didnt talk business with women. When marriage was to be discussed, it would be between the men in the family before with the daughter so how would she tell him.

Apparently your unfamiliar with middle eastern cultures. People do not marry for love ..Men marry women they do not love all the time and have lots of children ..he was married 7 years to Leah so plenty of time to have kids. Josep and Benjamin was the kids from Rachel and the lineage of Our savior. Leah represent Jacob deceit to Essau. . . Leah was supposed to be Esau’s wife. (Probably) .. or maybe God is trying to tell us our heart desires can happen if we trust. If you’ve ever been in love and had to make a choice between love and security you will understand .. ‘unhappily ever after’ a duty to fulfill marriage vows Jacob had to even though his heart wasn’t there, when you do not trust God you settle for Leah someone else’s destiny .. Jacob couldn’t have love Leah because he already fell in love with Rachel. And if Esau didn’t mess with the Canaanite women and Sold his birth right to Jacob ..Leah would have been loved by the man she was designed for. And we would have been perfect. Customs of most middle Eastern cultures had to marry the first born first. Leah was a victim because of the deceit of Essau and Jacob mess. This had nothing to do with pretty or ugly.. love comes from the heart and Leah was made for someone else ..Esau was a hunter and needed a tender eye women so she was created. Jacob was interested in love and poetry gentle so of course he will be attracted to Rachel perfect couple to explore Gods creation and not concern about gathering food and fulfilling the body’s needs only. Get a clue.

This is the issue, people learning from Camps, people who have no knowledge what-so-ever. To walk though this correctly, look at Genesis 49:5-7 5 Simeon and Levi are brethren; instruments of cruelty are in their habitations. 6 O my soul, come not thou into their secret; unto their assembly, mine honour, be not thou united: for in their anger they slew a man, and in their selfwill they digged down a wall. 7 Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel: I WILL DIVIDE THEM IN JACOB, AND SCATTER THEM IN ISRAEL. The above is clearly tell you about Simeon and Levi: brothers. Verse seven (7) makes everything clear, he says, He will Divide Simeon and Levi in all the Tribes of Jacob. So the other ten tribes will also have members from these two tribes, Simeon and Levi. And will scatter them among all Israel; the true people of God. You also see this from the Beginning of this chapter. Genesis 49:2 Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father. Look at what he is saying: The children of the flesh (Jacob), but the ones that will hearken to the words of God is of Israel, your Father. Which bring me to Paul and why Paul made the statement: Romans 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: The reason is some will not adhere to the word of God. Those are the children of the Flesh, but not the children of God. You see Paul makes this statement below: Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. So asked yourself a question? When Israel was being put on ships, did the ship-masters ask them whose who? Telling Judah get on this boat, and Benjamin get on that boat? Only camps can think of those types of doctrine. The point is this, no one knows whose who according to the tribes. But you can find out if you are part of Israel. TMH God will do the sorting out; let the wheat and tares grow together, and God will do the sorting out, not us. But if you believe that doctrine, then God and Jacob lied according to Genesis 49:5-7. But always remember this: Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? The people teaching you that doctrine are men, and what they told you the doctrine of the twelve tribe chart, they lied. Shalom.

Thank you for the your time in bringing the scriptures. I just wanted to say at 1:03:40 you said that the book of Jasher is a false book because it teaches false doctrine in regards to nephilim. I was wonder which verse says that? I'm not saying that the book of Jasher we have today is true or false but it is actually mentioned in the bible which I'm sure your aware of. But to the point, Jasher 4 in general and verse 18 to be more direct actually supports your view on men being the ones to commit the sin attributed to "fallen angels". Just and FYI. May Yah bless you for your time and sacrifice teaching The Word.
@Kjbu6 жыл бұрын
The book of Jasher itself is not from scripture. The book is only mentioned. So was there a book called Jasher; Yes. Do we actually have the book; No. TMH God never called actual angels "sons." And for the Book that is out there, and the book of Enoch are both false books of scripture. Remember Isaiah 34:16; Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them. HIS SPIRIT HATH GATHERED THEM. You do not see these books as part of scripture in the Bible, do you? If that's your belief in that false book, don't push nothing the King James Bible do not support. Brother Iddo
@YAHsharal126 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your reply brother Iddo. I have no disagreement with you. I don't support the book of Enoch at all and as for the book of Jasher. I just wanted to bring what chapter 4 says to your attention. I can agree that the book we have today is not the original but I think you are missing the point I'm trying to make. Jasher 4 supports OUR view that it was men and not angels that committed the sin. So we are in agreement, it's just that it was said that Jasher supports the fallen angels doctrine and i was just wondering where it says that for edufication purposes. But now I have another question, what is your view on 1 John 5:7? Is this a part of the KJV that is corrupted? For we know the enemy would try as to why Yah gives the warning in Deut 4:2 and Rev 22:18-19. Shalawam brother!
