I just came back from Minneapolis last night. I went there with my husband on a work trip so while he was working I went thrifting. I will say this you’re right the people there are very nice and friendly very helpful. If you asked somebody a question they were very quick to help. I was very impressed, You do have a Minnesota !! Your thrift stores are absolutely outrageously priced the Goodwill stores prices, Walmart, target & Shein clothing marked at $8.99!!!! His job of course covered our hotel however he pays upfront and then they reimburse him. The hotel tax is 15.03%!! There is still a lot of urban blight from the riots! The traffic traffic is ridiculous and a lot of that is because instead of having the two lanes, they took away lane and made it into a stupid bike lane!!! I was watching a video people saying there are homeless encampments right in their backyard with people defecating toilet paper trash gunshots even murder right in their backyards and they said they have called the police met with city council and nothing is done but the police are in force I mean everywhere I went. I never failed to see several police cars trying to ticket citizens why in the world are they doing that? Why don’t they go clean up those homeless encampment and put a stop to this BS where private property is being infringe and destroying peoples lives and safety!!! of course that’s because Governor Tim Walz and your mayor are huge liberals who think it’s all fine as long as it doesn’t affect them!!

Bingo. It's also the metro that controls the state politics unfortunately.

I am going to be living in Downtown Minneapolis without a car in a couple of weeks. One thing I found that you can mention in your videos next time is HourCar! Its a non profit rideshare program in Minneapolis that I am absolutely going to be taking advantage of on the weekends to explore more of the Metro. No need to own a car for those things. Different story of course if you have to drive to work every day.

It's been a somewhat okay experience living in Minneapolis/Brooklyn Park area. Unfortunately, I what I have experienced as a Hispanic American person is discrimination from black Americans individuals. Additionally, I have spoken with some of the the Latinos that I have encountered and they too have experienced discrimination from the black people. That breaks my heart that we Latinos have to experienced this Behavioral!!

Hi Jadde, Commendable effort in taking the time to create this informative video. We run a community of Real Estate Agent Influencers who get together once a week to brainstorm video for Real Estate. Assuming this may be relevant, would you like me to send you an invite?

Is it true that Minneapolis has a Muslim call to prayer 5X a day that is announced over a loudspeaker at all hours of the day?
@nancykaminski86004 ай бұрын
No.
@orangemanbad3 ай бұрын
Yes. This law was just made by the Minneapolis mayor. All mosques will have the call to prayer on loud speakers through the city.
@snfjrejsr3 ай бұрын
@@orangemanbad That’s horrible and an invasion for everyone else. Who would want to hear that 5 times a day? It’s beyond inconsideration. I wonder what the non-muslim citizens think about this who own a home there. At least renters can move out.
