Wow, this must have taken a lot of discipline. I know I could manage the no heat part but the chemical part would be hard cause I would then have to make my own shampoo which would be challenging for me right now.

Girl i alws miss relaxing my hair😭sometimes the temptation becomes too much esp wen i see ladies relax their hair and put it in a sleek ponytail. Dat used to be my style but due to health issues,i need to stick to natural hair and it's not easy at alllll😭The pain dat comes with going natural. Awurade gye me wai. But i noe I'll soon get used to it
