I believe the Pokemon Center Prismatic Evolution ETBs are an absolutel buy under $250. The Charmander promo stamp is worth over $1,000 in a psa 10 and its obvious the Eevee promo stamp will be worth over $1,000 in a psa 10 from the start, maybe even $1,500

​@bng333 For Prismatic I was able to pre-order a case of 4 PC ETBs through pokemon center, and I'm now planning on buying a total of 8 more PC ETBs for $200-$250 each. I believe the Eevee Promo Stamp will be $1500 in a PSA 10 out the gate. This will shoot up the value of the PC boxes rapidly once word gets out and major youtubers put out that info. I believe the Prismatic PC ETBs will be $450-$500 by Spring

So far so good on my ETB preorders sold and distributed by Walmart. I placed them a couple weeks ago, so I’m optimistic they’ll follow through with the orders 🤞🤞🤞. Big retailers are the way to go, imo

@ Yeah, I’ll have to wait and see! I’m cautiously optimistic about it haha! It’d be great if the preorders come through, but if they don’t, I’ll have more funds to invest elsewhere. I’m more focused on potential deals rather than PE. At some point during its life cycle, I’ll def have an opportunity to buy in at retail price and thats all that matters to me

They were limiting it to one order per account. However, your order should a few days before the 17th and then it’s completed so I’m thinking you will be able to place another. Other way around it is a new account with a different shipping address

Prismatic is going to be release most of the year at least 9 out of the 12 with new products. Now Blooming Waters is going to be out everywhere and tons of product will be release. Prismatic ETBs will have less product, but almost everything else with have plenty of product out for everyone. My LGs was able to get over 100 boxes of booster bundles so lots of that to go around.

The prices on TCGplayer are nuts! Who the hell is paying $500 for Pokemon Center ETB. I get that they are valuable and have the special Pokemon Center promo card and will be worth something, but that is just way too much to pay.

Getting an investment amount of PE is going to be almost impossible. I would rather pay a small premium to guarentee product, rather than trying to get lucky at retail and wasting my time. Most places only allow 2 boxes anyways. SS is a good example of how hard it is to come across in the wild.

I saw that Terastrial sale when there were still thousands of bkxes and said nope. A relatively new seller with some sketchy feedack with 10k boxes? I know id be protected by TCG Player but the money would be tied up and Id rather have it for thr 17th.

The seller has 1 bad review out of 154 ratings giving the seller a 99.4% positive rating. Seller also has 484 completed sales with 38 current listings on tcg. That’s really not that sketchy

I mean look, it might be totally legit. If it is, thats fantastic, a bunch of people got their hands on reasonably priced product. Im just not willing to tie up my money this close to the English set release. I think there are better opportunities and I dont have umlimitted cash.

U also have to realize that all the sellers of PC etbs are non stores so 50 % of those sales will be refunded if they can sell them again for a higher price🤷‍♂️

not even sure why tcgplayer doesn't allow everyone to presell pokemon center products. Brick & mortar stores don't get them any sooner or cheaper than any other customer. For anyone complaining about scalpers, just look at these smaller stores.

Your best way to get retail is to check big box stores like Walmart and Target. Check them around 2 to 3 days before because they put them out couples days before release. Make sure to check every day, but what I would do is check morning, mid-day, afternoon, and evening.
