Thank you so much. I really enjoy the info you provide & how you present it… also trust you & like you personally ☺️! It’s becoming harder to really trust skincare KZbinrs unfortunately. I have a few sebaceous filaments and have attempted to use salicylic acid wash ( cerave sa) but it caused some irritation ( and it lasted quite some time. Only applied it on my nose). It may just have been that particular one but now I’m nervous to try another salicylic product. I do have dry and sensitive skin which makes it difficult. Have been looking at the geek & gorgeous calm down though. May I ask, do you know of any skincare products with LHA that are fragrance free? They are hard to find! I’ve seen a few Korean skincare items but they had fragrance unfortunately. Thank you so much again

From the top of my head I don't think I know any products with LHA, let alone fragrance-free ones. It isn't an ingredient I have seen advertised much, so it might be in some products, but I am not aware of that. And thank you for your kind words.

Fortunately, I have 3 x 45g tubes of adapalene from the US for these. My skin is usually happier with adapalene than strong retinol. But strong retinol irritates my skin more than 0.025% tretinoin even

It might be the formulation - I have heard that a lot about retinol.

@@DoctorAnne I hear that some people can be sensitive to the enzymatic conversion of retinol to retinaldehyde

@@moose8762 Interesting, I need to look into that.

My partner finds these pimple squeezing videos so satisfying to watch, and I can barely look at them haha. My skin has pretty noticable sebaceous filaments on and around my nose and my .05 tretinoin does reduce their appearance I find. I've also tried salicylic acid but that was too much for skin as it was getting red. I tried strips and these help a little bit but does not take away everything in my experience, although it does feel nice to see some filaments come off with them. I'm going to try a hydrafacial and see if this helps :D

Report back - I never had a Hydra Facial and am curious about the experience.

Did he stop smoking?
@angelajanelomax55402 ай бұрын
@DoctorAnne No he's down to 8 a day, I think he never will stop. I so wish he would. His Dad died from lung cancer, smoking 20 years ago. His Brothers smoked and well they look so bad after stopping, Tubby etc sweet tooth. I stopped trying to stop him. I make it worse ❤️❤️❤️

@@angelajanelomax5540 Absolutely. He need to want to do it himself, otherwise it won't work and only lead to arguing. And hey, reducing the amount is better than nothing, so that is a win!

Mine are not very noticeable any more due to my Tretinoin. My teenagers however are struggling with theirs. Hi from Australia
