If anyone is confuse shim suryeon and na aegyo is not related, they just really look a like. Joo dantae plans to kill shim suryeon and frame yoonhee so he conspire with the maid and seojin, the maid calls suryeon that judantae is abusing the twins, So suryeon didnt hesitate and go to the Hera palace when she's going to the elevator na aegyo shows up cuz at the same time na aegyo is gonna leave Korea to cut ties with judantae already so she wanna see the twins (seokyung seokhoon) for the last time so she ask suryeon to switch with her so she can see the twin for the last time and naegyo also says that if anything happens to her she will shout "go away, leave", so the person that goes to the penthouse was na aegyo then joodantae stabber her multiple times thinking it was shim suryeon, when ohyoonhee came she saw na aegyo dead and na aegyo says "go away, leave", when they r putting the body outside now suryeon is in the window looking and she feels guilty and sad so she trains acting like na aegyo she also wears wig and have a fake tattoo like aegyo and comes back being na aegyo to revenge again and joodantae really trust na aegyo so he got fooled by suryeon and ya ya just try to understand lol ps. Then when she got killed Oh Yoon Hee found Na Ae Gyo so she said "Run" (thats the other subtitle that I watch similarly to "leave go away") so when the real Shim Su Ryeon (that is pretending to be Ae Gyo) ask Oh Yoon Hee what is Shim Su Ryeon's last word to her (which is really Na Ae Gyo) Oh Yoon Hee said "run" and stuff then the real shim suryeon got flashbacks bc thats the word Na Aegyo told her she will scream "run" if anything happens to her but since AeGyo got stabbed she cant rlly scream so Oh Yoon Hee was the only one that hears it. Na aeygo actually died because of JDT stabbed her three times but THERES a episode when he realized he killed the wrong twin so when na aeygo went to find the kids shim Got dumped to Thailand for a while until on season 2 shim is seen to dress up as na aeygo bc she was planning something for JDT and also CSJ and also na aeygo was seokhoon’s real mom bc she gave birth to him BUT shim gave birth to the Seokkyung and min seola! (Edit 1: shim actually dumped to thailand so while when she was at there she was planning something so JDT won’t find out!) (Edit 2: it was explained that Min Seol Ah,Joo Seokkyung and Joo Hye-In are the daughters of Shim su ryeon while Seokhoon was the son of Na Aeygo because if u look CLOSELY the one who is wearing shim’s outfit is na aeygo and the other one was shim su ryeon and they are NOT twins they are doppelgängers of each other so it’s confusing if you see them as sisters)

So the person who was stabbed in Dan Tae's study was Shim Suryeon's twin sister, Na Aegyo. It is understood that when Suryeon got the call about her children being "taken to the room", it was actually Aegyo who switched with her. On and off, for some twenty odd years, they switched places. So it was actually Na Aegyo, Joo Dantae's first love, who he killed. The true biological mother of Min Seolah and Seokkyung is still alive. It's up to you to find out who it is in season three! :) Hope this cleared it up.
