Yall are buggin. Steve was one of the more compelling characters! The reason he's so good is he has a great arc from charming cocky asshole to less-assholeish hero by the end. He gets too bitchy and Byers knocks him down a few notches so he can have room to redeem himself. And the whole time he's totally believable because he just acts like a normal kid. Steve is probably one of my favorites.

No silly. Eleven is Leslie. Neither were born in Pawnee. 'El' vs 'Le'. They both have reasons to hate the Library (Demogorgon took his victims to the Library in the Upside Down). Pretty sure I've seen Leslie do the 'makes sure to grab food before running away' thing that El does in the first episode.
