40 years ago, my best friend was brainwashed and became a Jehova's witness. I almost joined them. Thank God, I didn't. I met this wonderful woman who was a JW, left and became a Christian. She showed me how Charles Taze Russell changed the Bible to make it fit his beliefs. I feel for them because their heart is in the right place. When they started shunning me, I never saw her again nor spoke to her. I pray she got out and finds the truth before it's too late.

@@Palmetto-J Maybe I didn't make it clear. My fault. She had left years prior to my meeting her, she was now a Christian. She always kept that book, which I will NOT call a Bible. So when I came along, she had a King James and that book and went through a few things, but I clearly remember John 1:1, which their book demotes Jesus to a lesser god, not God in the flesh. She showed me the verse they use with regard to blood transfusions etc. So, bottom line is, she was out of it when I met her and had become a born-again Christian, saved by faith, not by works. I have no desire to be part of the 144,000 who go to celestial places. I'm accustomed to this planet. But, possibly being part of the great crowd mentioned in Revelation chapter 7 verse 9 that I think stay on the "new" earth in the future when God's future Rein finally arrives. Revelation mentions a new heaven & earth that will replace an old heaven & earth at Revelation chapter 21 for example. Global conditions will be ideal at that time. According to Psalm 37:29 The righteous will possess earth & they'll live forever upon it. Notice it mentioned they will possess earth, not heaven.

Sorry brother, the 144000 are NOT literal Jews. In Rev14:1 Says, I saw a Lamb stand on Mt. Zion. This is CLEARLY a ONE-TME event. This is also, CLEARLY the return of Jesus. So, if this is the return of Jesus (One-time) who does he bring with him? Is it a literal 144000 Jews? Or ALL the saints? Now read Zech14:4-5 ALL the saints. 1Thes3:13 ALL the saints.
