Hello, I watch your video, and I am in the same admiration for AIR, all the previous ones, Dark Wolf, Kestrel, required some work with them, magnets, trimming support legs, and other, other movements, I feel that this AIR is excellent finished product, to move the trout magnet 20 meters. Fabulous!

Wow, pick it over the Kestrel. Vs the Aldebaran comparison would be great. Sounds like this reel is already the best bfs reel under 200. Seeing the comparison of a reel over twice its price, that in my book is the number 1 bfs reel would be nice. I was thinking about another Alderbaran, but I might just change my mind. With all of this reels BFS'ness, if it can throw the really light lures as well as the Aldebaran i might just be sold. We'll have to wait and see

Have you tried swapping spools with the Ark Gravity G5? I wonder if they are the same diameter. To me this Haibo Arose Air looks like an Ark Gravity G5 with a BFS spool.

dont buy it. You essentially paying almost alphas air money for a long shaft not so bfs reel. I fish with daiwa china team(who designed this reel) regularly and tried this against the salamandura 70sv it did not feel any different casting ~5g to me. Also it could have been a beat to death RND sample but the bearing was loud AF.

Ah Fella, Respect, Love your Video's. Very Concise and Presented very clearly. If it is possible I would like your Help and advice ?. Well I am a novice I have several BFS rods and reels. And I have used 1 of them , The SMIALLY 602UL with the KastKing Zephyr. Which was a hard learning curve, Using a 5g soft bait, Birds nests ,Tangles etc. But I dug in deep and after about 2 hours I was casting that 5g lure out to about 45 yards, ( don't laugh I do a lot of air rifle Shooting so I am pretty good at judging distances.). So the help and advise is about my new setup. Rod Kuying Teton Special Casting Rod TTC510S: Length: 1.75m Weight: 47g Lure Weight: 0.3-3g Action: Fast Lure Weight: 0.3-3g Action: Fast The reel is the Haibo Arise air. So where do I go from here ? Braid / Fluoro leader . full Braid. Full Fluoro ? Etc. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards , From an Aged Englishman. Phil.

Dark wolf ultra magnetic upgrade seems to fix the reel. As I had little to no back lash. I am also new to bfs and fortunate enough own only Japanese bait-casters (non bfs) versions however the Dark wolf ultra has definitely impressed me. After seeing your video on the Dark knightUltra I didn’t even attempt casting it until I could install the additional magnets. The Dark knight ultra is my first bfs reel and hopefully want to purchase another awaiting the Haibo Elite Ultra vs the Alderberan bfs And hopefully that can guide me in making the right choice

@@jordonpratt2604 I hear you, but just like most folks. I want to get the best back for my buck. I honestly do not know when some reels are manufactured. For example I do not want to buy a 2019 product for the same price as a 2022 product, and as you know in the fishing reel industry, a lot could change in just a few years tech/quality wise trickling down to lower price ranges. His channel is probably THE BEST resource of finding out which reels in the market.
