Er, about "Ziva", I have a friend who has known Mark almost all his life- according to Mark, Cote wanted more money due to the huge popularity of her character- was promised it by the Producers of the show... who then reneged.... As an 'old timer', let me just say that the entertainment industry is ALWAYS about money..and I mean ALWAYS. Anything else is an illusion...simply put it is NOT the world you think it is.

According to what was reported about the incident concerning Mark Harmon’s dog and a member of the crew, was that the crew member, hadn’t wanted to take any action over what had happened, so was the injury, not as serious as originally thought and as Pauley Perrette supposedly complained about the dog being on the set and said she was scared of it and of Mark Harmon, due to her making demands that he be ordered to not bring his dog onto the set and as he continued to bring his dog, she had supposedly stated to the studio, that the if dog remains on the set during filming, then she goes and so as the studio backed Mark Harmon, she went, but they supposedly offered her, her own series, but for some unknown reason that never happened and that it was later reported that she had decided to quit acting, but then there were rumours, that she had made requests to return to NCIS!

Perrette had her own show on CBS called "Broke". It was cancelled after the first season. Personally, I don't believe a word she said about Harmon since she has made so many accusations against a great number of people without ever being able to prove anything. But there's a lot of documents out there showing she's a trouble maker.

CBS is notorious for playing hardball with the Actors/Actresses on their Network. I think Cote de Pablo left because of a multiple reasons. I think there was friction on the set--Harmon bringing his dog onto the set is one example. I think de Pablo and Paulie both got a little tired of the grind of doing the show. Add to that the changes in the storyline. And of course there were money issues if you can believe the gossip. Cote asked for a pay raise. There are 2 versions of the story here. One from CBS and one from the other side, the Rumor mill. And de Pablo wanted to do fewer of her own stunts. She was nursing some injuries and wanted some of her stunts taken over by stunt people. And a more accurate name for NCIS is "The Mark Harmon Show". Whatever Mark wants, Mark gets. Everybody else can be thrown under the bus.

There were lots of Great Characters in the Show. Caitlin/Cate, Jenny Shepard, Ziva, Clayton, Alex Quinn, Mike Franks, Trent, Tom Morrow, CGIS Agent Abigail, Tony Dinozzo, Bishop and Abby Sciuto. I kinda quit watching, when Abby Left. The Show Went down for me after that.

Ziva was is and always will be a waste of storyline. Ziva is a sexist stereotype. She left because they wouldn't pay her what they were paying Harmon the star who was there from the pilot and has a long career. De Pablo was on NCIS and used that to pushed Dovekeepers. Other then that I haven't heard or seen her.

After Pablo left, I stopped watching the show. Then the allegations from the Actress who played Abby were pretty laughable, can tell she is a I need my Safe Place type of person... ie Liberal
