Likely there will be 3rd parties like TT that will give new basepads for the magazine basepads (apparently the XD ones from TT work already with the Echelon so that might not already be a problem and SA did release a video on how to properly put the magazine tab for the extended ones on to prevent the magazine disassembling on its own so maybe not as big as a problem as others have stated) so I believe that SA will have that issue covered one day and the full manuals will be available online and otherwise one day! If it's reliable, then the HS Produkt Echelon is about to bump a lot of Sig users off of the P320. I know some people might not care about the modular design, but I have found that the ability to finely tweak the ergonomics is more important than anything else for me. PS. You have opened Pandora's box with these tests. Love seeing some equipment pushed beyond what most will subject it to.

It's crazy how easy the modular system makes cleaning a gun. Even if you don't ever swap frames, being able to remove the FCU on a p365/p320 in like 10 seconds is hugely beneficial to basic maintenance, at least in my experience.

nailed it. i bought mine the day they released on the 15th. it has immediately replaced my P320 you couldnt be more right

@@burtbiggum499hasn't happened since 2017, and the only other incidents since were officers using incorrect holsters. Perpetuating nonsense is the mark of a true fool. Educate yourself. The 320 is used extensively in competition by some of the best shooters in the world. Sig also isn't supporting gun control legislation in NH, like the owners of Springfield did in their state just after 2010. Attacking the rights of gun owners should be front a foremost for all gun owners. Maybe you're okay with shaking hands with the enemy, but I cannot. If that doesn't scare you off Springfield, nothing will.

Awesome review! I am always down to see a 5000 round review in the future. How did it compare shooting wise to the PDP? I think that is the gun to compare it to for a duty use pistol IMO. Thanks for putting together such a great video

this one caught my radar recently, and due to your 2 vids on it, and a few other reviews, i went and bought one. 2 first impressions, for a striker fired gun, the out of the box trigger is pretty darned good, and #2 as someone who hates glocks grip angle, this one is wayyyyyy better!!

> 357 Sig LOL ain't nobody using that dumbass cartridge. If you want more juice than 9mm, get 40. If you want more juice than that, get 10mm. 10mm is cheaper and more powerful than 357 Sig.

@@joedesalvo3316 Maybe but the gun has Springfield printed on the slide
@Highgear145 Жыл бұрын
@kevinallies1014 Since its modular gun it shouldn't be too hard or cost too much to at least offer 357 Sig for the people that wants that caliber...357 Sig ammo is still available...Some police officers still carry 357 Sig

Great to know just how durable the Echelon is in extreme abuse! Make me believe I can trust my life with it, which is what I need to believe when carrying a weapon! Thanks for the great testing and video!

The mag isn't broken; 99% chance you put one of the pieces in backwards during the mag reconstruction. A lot of other reviewers & owners made the same mistake. Apparently it seems like the right way to do it, but in reality you have to turn one of the pieces around the other way from what you'd assume is the right way. Check into it outlaw 🍻

He said the tabs were broken. I think the 17 round basepad was the one broken (and you cant put that in incorrectly)
@robl884 Жыл бұрын
@SpyderWebbX there's been a few people that think they're broken (the tabs) and they're just looking at it backwards, technically. I dunno, I don't own one personally but I've seen quite a few that do & review them/on forums say they thought their mags were broken and they just had something backwards/wrong. Could've broken the mag part, but I doubt it with how widely this issue seems to be glossed-over. They really need to include a decent manual for their customers lol
