13:26 Theo! It was me in the hospital bed beside you. I travelled over from Dublin for the game. I actually managed to sever my quadriceps tendon. I had to go home on a Ryanair flight the next day and have been in hospital since, I'm supposed to have surgery at some point today and have about 6-8 months recovery! Missus is due in January. I'm gassed that you remembered, but you did ruin the result for me 😂 ! Your mum was an absolute gem by the way, she was so lovely to my girlfriend! All the best on your own recovery! Hopefully we can both make next year's match and actually make it through the whole thing!

Reason I put Proddy over Lewis is bcos 90% of what Lewis spouts is pure bs and shows that he’s either delusional, doing it for the views or incredibly biased. Maybe a combination of the three. Sure, Proddy comes out with some poor takes here and there but definitely not as much as Lewis and doesn’t blatantly say things to get views.

You have to feel for Theo, something like this can be so demoralising. Coming from experience of repetitive shoulder dislocation even without force these things just always stay slightly weaker even after all the physio and care taken

@@bentinker-taylor9906 I ended up stopping rugby after it happened too often, one way that has helped most would be doing working on exercises on your rotator cuff, building muscle around the shoulders has been a big help just to aid it. You still might get it jump every now and then (tried golf after 3 years off and had it again) but start with light weight dumbbell front raises and side raises, preferably with gym bands in the initial rehab phase. Apart from that be patient, frustrating as it is but your body has 80 years to live you’ll regret rushing back a couple weeks or a month early into whatever you’re doing. Hope it’s helpful if you want anything more specific lmk

I think I had the exact same thing which happened to Theo a few years back. Struck the ball hard with my right foot, heard and felt a pop in the hip flexor region. Any extension of the leg was horrible, excruciating pain, never experienced anything like it in my life. They ran X-Rays at the hospital when really it should’ve been an MRI, think they suspected a dislocation. Was back to walking swiftly but unable to play football for 6-8 weeks. Glad to hear that the injury isn’t as bad as first feared, speedy recovery!

That’s not a catheter mate 😀 You’re thinking of the cannula, a catheter is a tube that allows for you to pass urine, They either stick it through your pelvis into your bladder or they stick it through your urethra (pee hole).

It is a shame he decline physically so young but it happens to the best. Van Basten had to retire at 28. Sometimes genetically you are prone to wearing out early, make the most of your sporting ability when you are still young and fit cos it can happen at any time.
