We’re in different generations and I don’t use social media (other than YT) for the reason that you said in your point 2. People curate their lives for social media posts. And it’s not just the content creators. But reflections such as this are a nice balance to that.

That's very respectable! I need to lay off the social media to be honest, it's been sucking up way too much of my time because of the random scrolling. Even if I don't plan to do it, I randomly somehow end up on a social media app due to a notification or just simply going on my phone. It's not bad at all to post your highlights or your accomplishments, but if you're purposefully trying to build some sort of fake reality, then that's when it becomes a problem in my opinion. I really appreciate you watching this video! :) It really means a lot
