I remember watching the original years ago around when it was uploaded. This was my first introduction to scary stuff as a kid and I thank Mr. Nightmare for shaping my love for horror, I thank Chuck E. for being the first to give me nightmares, and I thank you Freaky for preserving this tale of a monstrous rat mascot all these years later.

I remember seeing Mr nightmares version when I was really young. It terrified me and looking back I love it because of that. From what I remember the microphone Mr nightmare used in rendition was one of the lower quality ones. And that makes me absolutely love it all the more. I used to watch you a ton back in the pandemic and I doubt you remember me but seeing this actually means a whole lot to me 😭 Mr.Nightmare’s version of this was the first creepypasta I ever listened to and it freaked me out for WEEKS It’s so interesting to hear a story that chilled me so deeply as a kid again 😭 Especially interesting considering my friends and I were talking about creepypastas literally last night and I brought up how this was my first ever one 😭😭😭😭 Unfortunately, I had a falling out with creepypasta but this? I remember stories like these floating around the ball pits back in the 90s. We used to sneak on backstage at Chuck-E-Cheese, and admittedly, it was pretty creepy. In the "default" position, they just stood there with their eyes closed. But, because of the age of the technology and the machines themselves, they'd creak and groan like an old house. And every time they did, their eyelids would "twitch", like it was an actual person pretending to be asleep. There's something about that era of media/technology that is just.. wrong. 😂

I was looking for some old creepypasta's that I used to listen to when I was younger and for a while I could not find any. Listening to this one now I remember listening to this creepypasta and it was the first one I ever listened to. This is a total reference to Five Nights at Freddy's I don't know why but every time I watch old Chuck-E-Cheese videos they instantly make me think of Five Nights at Freddy's and speaking of which we finally have a new movie for Five Nights at Freddy's it was released on October 27th 2023 I haven't actually seen the movie yet but some people have been saying that it's good and some people have been saying that it's not so good but I myself have mixed feelings on this movie don't get me wrong I love Five Nights at Freddy's as much as the next guy but I just don't know if this movie is going to be any good because I'm not used to watching live action horror movies but my sister watched this movie when it first came out and she told me that it was good so I'm going to watch the movie sometime soon and I'm hoping it's good that's all I'm going to say
