Speaking of which, I'm very interested in how they warranty the fridge. Having issues is normal...so Im not concerned about that, warranty issues and customer service, thats the decision maker for me

I have a BougeRV fridge and love it… but it is sensitive to low voltage.

I read that somewhere about the voltage. That’s why I checked the power output on both the dc and ac adapters. Must have a fluke one here then.

I don’t care what the color is as long as it works…. Maybe customer service is going to make up for it? I followed the link but when they started putting the pressure on for personal info I backed out. Just make a good product at a competitive price and I’ll take it from there😅

Hey buddy. I’m about to tear it apart and look into it further. I don’t see a fuse anywhere on the outside, so if there is one it has to be buried inside somewhere. Yellow would be a good color also!

Love the transparency. Companies try to be slick and people sell themselves out for a free gift, but when dealing with a stand-up guy, truth will always prevail. I'd get the black fridge, although the color you picked is a great vintage color for out VW's, mainly buses

I bought a cheap 18$ 100w charger block on Amazon and it charged the bougerv juice go at 90w. My 45w charger cable for my steam deck charges it at 45w. Either you need a charger block that isn’t busted or you need to replace your juice go. Mine charges to full in about 3 hours roughly.

THANKS for the video. I'm looking at the Juice Go as a backup for my car fridge on solo car camping road trips,, but that charge rate is pretty slow. I'd only be charging it while driving, so I'm curious to know how long it takes to charge via USB C and/or DC. Still, it's impressive that it can run a car fridge for that long.

@@PartyUpLive I still haven’t used dc to charge it so I don’t have any data on that. Fridge run time of course depends on ambient outside temperature, hotter outside will make the fridge run longer of course and the battery not last quite as long.

Stay away from this company, they are giving me the run-around. Nothing like sitting on the front porch and get a message that your package was delivered. Called Bougerv and UPS only to get overseas phone support who don't fully understand English as a first language. This company offers neat stuff for sale, but I will never do business with them again. IF my product ever gets found and arrives, I will give a poor review when I'm prompted to.

Sorry to hear that, and I can tell you’re being honest, I still haven’t bought anything from Bougerv I’ve been curious about them for years though, I hope they come around and make things right for you, because honestly, that could happen to me too if I bought something from them! For me this stuff is very expensive so cautionary tales are taken extra seriously 🙏🙏😔

@@SolarPunk80 things happen that are out of our control. If they had actual customer service I’m sure it would have been handled. In all of my videos I am completely honest and transparent, what you see is what you get. No need to fake or lie about anything. I agree with you, I work hard for my money and if I had to buy a fridge, I’d definitely spend more on an Iceco fridge as their quality and customer service is bar none.

Here's where we're at so far. I think Bougerv closed my lost ticket with UPS saying it was delivered. I called bougerv again, my phone shows the number being in California but I get an Asian lady that speaks English as a second language each time. This company looks to have an American base by all their advertising, but my credit card shows Going to Hong Kong. I called back the number to UPS, only to get a recording saying this number doesn't take calls and to call a different number. I called it, and to an overseas call center I went. After 15 minutes I was transferred to a lost claims center in America. They reopened my ticket. I've called my credit card company to dispute the payment, they say it'll be 45 to 90 days before I get anything resolved. I'll be looking at competing companies and calling their customer service before ordering. If I can find one that speaks and understands English will be the one I order from.
