So I noticed here on the Lotus battle part You can take weapons like Proton Cannon, Enegry Lancer and other powerful weapons because the devs forgot to *UPDATE* it to Isle 9 This means that while the guns on Isle 9 may spawn there, the artifacts hasn't changed so take advantage of the old Artifact B's insanely fast fire rate and recovery time perks

I think they purposely left the inventory system the same as Isle 8 in Truth battle, because, just imagine how frustating it will be that you can't carry other weapon because those gatling gun taking up all the spot. It's easier to manage inventory knowing you can only hold 3 rather memorizing how many weight left can you carry and the gun you're carrying each. The dialouge UI in truth battle is updated to the new Isle 9 UI, after all

On mobile what you can do to get artifact D since the master bypass console doesn't work on mobile you can grab the level 2 key card from the lab enterance area and then go to lair to upgrade it into a level 3 then head back down to the lab to get the artifact

The fight is quite diffcult, the only advice I have for you is to only grab high firerate weapons like the Gatling Gun, Light Machine Gun and Submachine Gun. Avoid weapons like the Energy Lancer and Proton Cannon unless you have no other choice.

Unfortunately not, unless you have the required keycard for the door, for artifact D you will need a level 3 keycard.

There is no title you get for having the Truth badge. However, the badge is needed along with some other badges to obtain titles like Island Legend 1.
