my brain! lol same girl I was slabbing on that hair virgin grease like it was growth steroids. Don’t know how many times I almost passed out hanging upside down on the side of my bed. I even took it as far as sleeping with onion juice 😂cheers to the moms that sit back and let you learn cause we don’t listen. I invested in a pink Bob wig

Hi Ricki, I always enjoy your vlogs. I am a Gambian living not far from Sifoe your hood. I wish I can one day meet you around. I am very happy to know that your DOB was 10/11/2000 and mine was 10/8/2000. It is like I am 3 days older than you. And that looks so nice and amazing to me. I wish we can celebrate our birthdays together this year. Best regards

Hello i just checked out the 360 naturals website and all of their product contains coconut oil. You said you are low porosity do you like all their product ? Since coconut as protein Also you said that you were using their product for your skin. How come ?
@rickidenise
@rickidenise 2 ай бұрын
Pure natural coconut oil doesn’t have protein in it if I’m not mistaken. And yes I love their products! Also keep in mind, with low porosity make sure you use a lot of the products with warm water first so you can open the cuticles. Also this goes with any hair masks or deep Conditioners we use.. use a heating cap with it so it really penetrates the hair strands. And because it says that the Shea butter whip can be used for both hair and skin, so i of course used it on my skin knowing how smooth my skin feels with using shea butter! I loved ittt✨

No, not in a longgg time. But I definitely might try using it again at some point.. I’m seeing it hyped up a lot lately on tik tok, so might give it a try again one of these days. I just can’t take that overly oily feeling 😂

Our hair is made up of 90% of protein,then you say protein isn't that good for low porosity hair because you have low porosity hair... Kind of misleading Protein comes in different sizes,not all proteins are created equal,find the one that works for you not saying protein isn't that good
@chelseataylor2
@chelseataylor2 2 ай бұрын
Agreed. All hair types need protein but the difference is in how often you need to use it in your hair
@faithagamah8598
@faithagamah8598 2 ай бұрын
@@chelseataylor2 exactly frequency matters not avoiding protein completely bcos hair is low in porosity that is why it is hydrolyzed small enough to penetrate the hair strands without causing buildups
@rickidenise
@rickidenise 2 ай бұрын
Yeah well too much of anything is not good! I don’t remember saying protein is entirely bad, if I did, that is my error! But yes there is some that is good to use occasionally of course, when my hair is feeling weak I do use natural protein masks to strengthen the strands. What I meant in the video is that I was using gel products with protein in it it every single day & it was drying my hair out making it feel hard & stiff.
