It's pretty clear (based on your "more" link why you are doing this....and it is not honesty. Sure, the sauce is pretty lame, but you are picking this fight for likes. The simple fact is pepper x is officially the hottest pepper on the planet and you have done everything to avoid saying that. You go out of your way to prove otherwise, and even your mission failed to find something hotter. You think I am the issue? Okay. So, the sauce label reads "Over 91% Pepper X" and we know Pepper X is 2.69 million SHU. Your phone has a calculator. Figure it out. That sauce has to be between 2.39 and 2.45 million SHU. A reputable lab rated that sauce at 61, 019, I'm the issue? It was 2.7% as hot as it SHOULD be and I am the issue? It's sold for nearly $30 a bottle. There are THOUSANDS of disappointed people who bought the sauce because they knew how hot it was supposed to be, and I'm the issue? Nice performance. Just doesn't hit here. This channel is followed by educated chili heads and trolls. Nice try. Tighten up your game. The real problem is blind allegiance and the defense of things you either know nothing about, OR simply choose to ignore and pretend don't exist. You had the balls to say I only care about money. They are selling a sauce for nearly $30 a bottle that is LESS than 3% as hot as it should be by their claims both in video and on the label, THOUSANDS get screwed, I point out something that was INEVITABLY going to be exposed, and you think I am greedy? You blind allegiance is troubling. One last thing, they sell the sauce for almost $30 a bottle. It is 2.7% as hot as it should be. Adjusting the cost using the same math, percentage and logic, I believe the fair price for that sauce is .81 cents. That is 2.7% of $30 they are charging. But I am greedy. Nice performance

I honestly never believed Guiness' test result. Knowing the shady history of that organization and them requiring people to pay them to give you a piece of paper? Who is legitimately testing or evaluating such thing in some lab far away to give an unskewered or unbiased result? Guiness reminds me of BBB. Plenty of trashy businesses have paid to stay on BBB and don't get taken down after many negative reviews....so why would Guiness be any more credible because they "validated" someone for walking backwards on their hands for a marathon while their eyes were closed whistling the Star Wars theme song the whole time? 😂😂😂 Keep up the great work!

So for years they told us that the pepper x was a mustard pod. They apparently started getting all kinds of color variations. At one Hot Sauce expo, they nearly threatened someone because he asked why their pepper x mash was red. The reds always test hotter. They no doubt got a higher shu with red pods, even though they champion the green SHUs and sauces are misleading. If 61k came from a wet test, it would test 610k dehydrated. I'm sure you know how high reaper powder tests. 800k to 1.1mil.

This is my fourth growing season here in surprisingly warm Minnesota. I started my super-hots nine days ago on January 21st. So far these have germinated: Red Primotalii, Golden Primotalii, BBM, Dragon's Breath, and Wrecking Ball Red. Seeds from Jimmy Pickles. I made fermented pepper hot sauce for my family this holiday season. They loved it. I'm so happy and proud to be a new member of the pepper community. This situation just sucks, and it makes me out to be someone I don't want to be. I still have six or so quarts of fermented peppers, so I won't be buying hot sauce anytime soon; I'll be giving it away. Thanks for giving me a bus pass Johnny!

Here is something else. Pepper X is nowhere near 2.6 million shu. There is no chance a green/mustard pepper will even measure half that much. Another thing is look at the skin of the pod. Ultra high pods have alligator skin type exteriors and the pepper x just does not have that.
