There's no reason to hope that Blaire changes her political stance. It's okay to be conservative. It's a free world. You can also disagree with her political opinions but still appreciate her as a person. I don't get how people can be so childish and cut ties due to political differences.

@starchannel1236 жыл бұрын
MaiHead The problem is not that she's a conservative. The problem is she supports a president that is shellfish, self-centered, and a liar. He spreads hate and people have been using him as an excuse to be terrible people to others. She is basically saying "since I'm not affected I'll support this asshole".
@imo91936 жыл бұрын
Kat honestly, I'm not american so i dont know these terms very well. However, as someone who is very open minded and accepting towards other people, I find it very hard to enjoy Blaire's content because I know she doesn't feel the same way. One of the reasons I love Shane is that he isn’t swayed by sensitive people telling him he shouldn’t hang out with someone just because they don’t follow the popular political opinion- if we don’t really listen to people on all sides of the political spectrum and at least try to understand where they’re coming from then we’re condemning ourselves to ignorance by refusing to have our views challenged. This was a very emotional video from two people who show so much courage and strength- I can’t praise them both enough ❤️

Blaire I REALLY feel for you regarding your father. I went through something so similar, it’s scary. I grew up with an alcoholic mother and one day I when I was 11, I absolutely lost it with her. I went off saying she was going to die if she didn’t stop, that she’d never see me grow up, she’d never see me get married, she’d never see me graduate high school, and that she was going to get herself killed. Screamed at her at the top of my lungs. Three days later she went into cardiac arrest and died, because her heart couldn’t handle the alcohol withdraw from the drinking binge she had after we fought. I never got the chance to talk it out with her or how I felt, putting my anger aside. I would do anything to be able to have the chance to hug her, hold her hand, and tell her that I’m sorry. I still live with this guilt 10 years later. Message to everyone out there: cherish your loved ones and the time you have to talk to them, because the last big conversation/argument you have might be your last.

I pray you find peace, and come to appreciate how such a devastating experience ultimately helped you grow. As a medium, I know we are never alone in this world despite appearances to the contrary. Angels are very real, and those who leave us in this material plane are guiding us from the spirit realms (aka higher dimensions). Love is a frequency of energy, and energy and be neither created nor destroyed. Only transformed. It wasn't your fault, and your mother made it to the Heavenly planes. "Hardships often prepare us for an extraordinary destiny," -CS Lewis.

A similar thing happened with me when I was a lot younger. When I was young I thought that I hated my dad for some reason, even though I cam to realise that I didn't. I would complain about him and even said that I wished that he would die. When I was 7 I was told that my dad has been dealing with cancer and was going to die soon, that was when I realised that I didn't hate him. I know I was very young, but it still doesn't change the fact that my biggest regret in life was not treating him the way i should've treated him especially since he didn't do anything to make me think that I hated him.

My father passed away of lung cancer two months ago. He had a major smoking addiction his entire life (he died at 50, started at 14). He had gotten asthma, and had to use an inhaler. While I never went off on him like you mentioned you did, I guess even from a young age I knew he’d kill himself if he kept doing this. Id daydream about my wedding, or having kids and always wonder if he’d still even be alive. And, as a 14 year old, I realize now I was correct. He didn’t even tell us he had lung cancer until a week before he died- he didn’t want us to worry and he just wanted to keep living as he was already. Didn’t want to worry about treatments or not being able to drink or smoke or have fun. (Our parents divorced, so my siblings and mother wouldn’t have known he visited the doctor and got diagnosed anyways). I actually didn’t get told about the cancer until the night before he passed away- my dad had told my mother, brother, and sister about the cancer but he couldn’t bring himself to tell me. Finally my mom insisted I be told, so my siblings and her told me without him because he couldn’t bear it. And thank god they did that night- because that night we got a call from his wife at the time saying he wasn’t doing well- and less than 10 hours later he was gone. At least he died happily, with nobody but my mom. She told him it was them and only them forever. They truly did love each other even still, she just couldn’t be married to him anymore. It sucks because my mom was planning on divorcing my stepdad (thankfully that’s already passed, he was mentally ill and went insane on my birthday threatening to kill my sister oops) and she was planing on having my dad move back in with us, and maybe they’d get back together again (he was planning on divorcing his wife). It sucks to know I was just so close to getting the life I always wanted, and now I don’t even have him.

You've been Banned in The Infographics Show channels comments section. I read a comment of the channel owner saying so. At least you won't waste time there now. They struck "The Patriarchy" = Merit based hierarchies in Western nations, not Islamic with Ghostbusters, 3 Star Wars movies, much TV News indoctrination, and oppression narrative lies. Like the reasons for the Wage Gap, 3/5 Women in America being Raped in their lives, 21 Million Women being abused online. All Lies. They're trying to subvert the Culture to benefit them, not obtain equality. To control the way everyone thinks. By banning words, replacing them with New-Speak- like how they say Diversity instead of the truth of Black and Brown people. Side note: How is the term African-American not a bit racist and very divisive? Humans used to live in a Communist/Socialist like state before we understood economic systems like we do today. Progressives say that such economic policies are the future when in fact Capitalism came after Socialism. People need linear motivations to work their hardest. Paying everyone the same gives people no incentive to work as hard as they can, which will be more or less productive than other people naturally. It's social engineering and inhumane to penalize people based on arbitrary feelings of fairness instead of giving them what they have legally earned through free market contracts and voluntary transactions. Principles over feels, bruh. Let's get scientific. Women produce and release testosterone from their adrenal glands to their brains when needing to focus on high cognitive tasks such as fast paced/competitive gaming. After days of being in situations of high stress Women may break down because they can't keep producing testosterone to focus. They start producing adrenaline and will eventually fall apart mentally if they do not leave that stressful environment. Men naturally have an advantage over Women in prolonged settings of stressful situations because off this. Among other things. Like Men having generally 10% larger brains than Women, across all races. Obama had the same exact policies when in office. The Media did nothing. Trump ended the family separation with an executive order temporarily like he's supposed to. The President is not supposed to make laws with executive orders. He did exactly what he's supposed to legally. Those laws were passed by Democrats, not Republicans. We had those laws because we can't instantly confirm whether these children are being trafficked by the adult they are with. Do you really think it's better for children to be imprisoned with possibly dangerous adult criminals? Or with just other kids for a short time? We didn't force them into this situation. It's these peoples responsibility to make their country great, not rely on White people while saying Mexico and Latinos are the best. There were many "La Raza" or "The Race" believing people that were in the Migrant Caravan that headed for the US border months ago causing these problems. American Men have to sign up for the Draft to Vote. That's not Equality. We've never Legally had Gender Equality in America. But because it disadvantages Men and benefits Whamen, they keep quiet about it, and even lie about it, about their vision of Equality. Wage Gap lies. Because Feminism isn't about Equality. Now, instead of projecting and continuing the cycle of hate that's enveloped Western Cultures, form an argument. Read my Copy/Paste in a reply to a comment on my funny video. ;)

Susan Buice the main things I have to disagree with Blaire is her support for the trump administration, her views upon trans kids due to them being incredibly conflicting, her views on DACA and her views of liberals. I feel she showcases the extremes of liberals and only highlights the radicals, which creates a gigantic misrepresentation of the liberal side. Of course same thing goes with conservatives in media. I’ve watched her videos and her opinions are eye opening but lack a better understand and sense of feelings/empathy within them.

Shane just needs to adopt everyone on KZbin and every fan lol. It always kind of makes me laugh when I see homophobes say that gay people shouldn't be allowed to be parents. I look at shane and he'd run circles around all the people who have that notion in their heads. He's just so understanding. Not only is he a good listener but he gives the best advice. He's one of those people where you wouldn't feel alone when youre with them. Many people can make you feel that way, but Shane doesn't. Blair obviously said what she said to her father out of frustration and we've all done that, so I can't definitely relate to saying things to my family that I shouldn't have.

I said the same thing to my mom before she died of cancer. When I get mad I say such hurtful things, but I never should've said something like that to her. Thinking back on how I treated her is probably more painful than her actual death.

I didn't say anything like that to my grandma but i didn't talk to her before she died. I told her happy birthday in October and that was it. She died in January. I was avoiding my parents at the time and she was living with them. It's no excuse ik but it sucks.

I think everyone should be taught that if they're angry they should go and seperate themselves with a walk or something to cool down and gather their thoughts.. what they actually want to say.
@idigress78665 жыл бұрын
Oh man... I can imagine how much that hurts you. Sometimes we really screw things up for ourselves. I’ve been known to say things for the specific purpose of hurting the other person - even though I don’t mean it. Can I just tell you what I believe, though? My mom died in 2017. A couple months before I turned 40. We never had the best relationship, though we were still very close ( as crazy as that sounds ). Anyway, I struggle a lot with her death. And I went through a period where I felt like I had to do something to “fix” our relationship, even though she’s gone. But then one day I realized... I’m a mother. There is NOTHING my kids could do to make me not love them or that I couldn’t forgive them for. My point is.... that’s what a mother’s love is. There’s nothing to “fix”. My mother loved me unconditionally - at the core of things - the way I love my own children. And the way your mother loves you. So forgive yourself. At the end of it all, it’s all love. I hope you’re well. 💜

Same here. I'm also a survivor and as much as stories like that can be quite triggering, esp when we're unprepared, it was a bit refreshingly honest and candid. It really shone a light on how these things happen and also normalized having these conversations with a friend. It COULD be just this easy if we weren't riddled by terror of how the other person would react once we ourselves felt ready to share. And, it was just so great to see his response, unflinching and accepting. No drama, no pity, no digging for more details, no questioning the validity of the story, nothing. Just listening and accepting. It was a great way to see it handled and is something I hope many can consider for themselves when a friend comes to them with a similar experience.

It's about power and abuse. I sincerely say this as encouragement and give all the more validation to you! Your first time is with the first person you *CHOOSE* to have it with! ❤
