@@egg-spert It's not the handle that burns, it's either the side of the jug or the steam wand. When Zach got burnt it was most likely his right arm/wrist/hand accidentally bumping the steam wand. I still have burn scars on my arms from that, even though I'm not a barista any more lol. (Also you can buy rubber bits to put on handles - my old cafe did this because it's easier to grip, and you can colour code your jugs for different milk types).
