@@egg-spert It's not the handle that burns, it's either the side of the jug or the steam wand. When Zach got burnt it was most likely his right arm/wrist/hand accidentally bumping the steam wand. I still have burn scars on my arms from that, even though I'm not a barista any more lol. (Also you can buy rubber bits to put on handles - my old cafe did this because it's easier to grip, and you can colour code your jugs for different milk types).

@@bobbiobanion7706 we mostly follow along with the winter theme to a degree because of tradition but some people also add summery twists to things sometimes like have a surfer santa and stuff. Also often it's too hot to have traditional roasts so we'll often have cold ham and cold roast turkey with salad. Depends though. My aunt even made Christmas pudding icecream instead of Christmas pudding once. It really depends on your own family traditions. That's also why 'christmas in July' is a thing here, cos some people want to have a more traditional wintery Christmas.
