His lack of shippable pairings, (by tumblr's "sexyman standards" at the time,) created Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons just so people could ship him with Hiccup. Those that didn't want to ship him with Hiccup shipped him with Elsa. Also there's a lot of times where IMO the Eleventh Doctor goes past ambiguous and into just villain territory (in The Sarah Jane Adventures, he POSSESSES A KID), and 10 had some moments like that but unlike 11 it was more of a thoughtful character examination where the plot and other characters called his morals into question. With 11 it felt a lot like he did some awful thing for shock value and there was like 1 scene of angst and then it was kinda forgotten.

Its been almost 10 years since this aired so spoilers sweetie but the doctors actually put the rest of the Time Lords in a pocket universe and also they're back now on and off, not killed them. But, as previously and consistently established throughout the 50 years preceding the episode where this takes place, the Doctor cannot remember what happens when he crosses his own timeline. It was even reestablished ahead of time with Time Crash when David Tennent (10) met Peter Davison (5, and his irl father in law), that takes place right before the space titanic shows up. So while he couldn't remember doing so as John Hurt's War Doctor, Christopher Eccleston's 9, David Tennant's 10 or Matt Smith's 11 until Trenzalore, he did indeed save the Time Lords from the Last Great Time War, not destroy them. But also yes even though most of the plotlines i can think of (mostly matt smith era) that painted The Doctor as maybe evil or at least morally ambiguous were all like "oh boo hoo but think of the daleks and the cybermen" meanwhile there was literally an episode right before where human colonies are blowing up planets with everybody on them when they see one cyberman some places and times and its still recent memory when the daleks and davros were like "lmao we're gonna take some planets and hide them to build a machine that will destroy literally everything" like yeah, poor daleks and cybermen my tumblr sexy butt.

I'm surprised that none of the Danganronpa antagonists were included, especially Nagito Komaeda. He fits into a lot of the categories and has/had what was essentially a fandom of his own. Also surprised that Jeff was in the last tier,i thought he was pretty basic. The popular creepypastas back then were the edgy,bad ones like Sonic exe and Jeff and all of the other edgy OCs people made that got popular. Like how people thought Masky and Hoodie were Slendermans "proxies"...whatever that meant. I remember that one dub of the comic "pasta for breakfast" that got really popular when i was a kid that was like...the embodiment of everything I said lol. Probably problematic looking back. Honestly that show was a fucking goldmine for Tumblr, it's a shame literally nobody ever talks about it, towards the end the writers just stopped caring and the plotlines were so insane. i would say that megaminds appeal is not his smoothness. at least not for me. he is a kind man who is only 'evil' because he literally grew up in a prison and was made to believe that being evil was his calling in life. he's also a twink who dresses very emo/goth. like damn look at those boots. also he proves that he could be a kind boyfriend with his relationship with Roxanne. alright i sound completely insane, but thats what tumblr is all about

I feel like the only one you really missed was Nagito Komaeda from the second Danganronpa video game, I feel like he kinda messes with the criteria a bit because he's not white (he is super pale though), but he is super sickly, morally all over the place/unhinged, and shipped with another male characer. Plus people outside the fandom recognize him because of he's relation to Sans via memes.
