You are using the old-fashioned brushing my father when he own the bakery before the bread goes into the oven, he used to brush them with flour, water and little bit of sugar. The whole town used to buy the bread from him. Your videos remind me so much of my culture and the things that my grandmother, my mother made and now I’m making them after they’re all gone. Можно было сразу в мешок с мукой вылить тесто . Никакой разницы .Просто забили тесто мукой .
