I like ti imagine it like this. Back near the beginning monokuma and Phoenix didn’t get along well. That why monokuma’s lesson felt like a battle for Control over anything else However by the time it got to this song. Monokuma and Phoenix learn how to get along with each other. Each of them has strengths, and each of them had weaknesses, and they knew that and they learn how to balance them out with each other. This is when they finally started to cooperate with each other and made that masterpiece of a song. What I’m trying to say is monokuma is the yen to Phoenix’s yang.

It is, with this rip, that my doubts about Team Siivagunner have been cleared. I don't know what exactly caused that rumor/hearsay about the Team not caring about giving L&D effort, but _This?_ This disproves it. Not only is this effort, this is *passion.* The nods to the original animation by Mystery Ben. The Ace Attorney sound effects. The Danganronpa Leimotif coming in at 2:36! It all feels handled with a certain level of love and care - which is why I'm extending an extra round of applause to the awesome people who arranged this. (Or, well, I'm doing it irl. Imagine it in your thinky brain.) That said, I think I'm gonna take this advice! I'd been super worried about what was going on with the fan perception of my favorite contestant, the inner Team Siivagunner opinion, and how that might affect the votes....but you know what? It's the FINALS, and they've made it so far despite the fact that I went in to the tournament thinking they'd lose hard! (And, hey! I actually like ALL FOUR finalists! DJ Professor K, Mariya, and MissingNo are also great contestants and I wouldn't mind them winning.) Instead of stressing over the meaningless votes in a meme music contest, I think I'm just gonna concern myself over the one vote that I actually *do* have control over: my own.
