Wouldn’t they already have a 2nd infant carseat? Aspen should be in the next size carseat based on height. Infant carriers are really only for the under 1 stage. Yes, even if height and weight are within range. First bday they are ready for a 5 point that’s more upright as they’re strong enough for a seated position.
