He's putting this towers next to sacrifice to get buffs from them. U need to spend 30000$ for max sacrifice. U can use ice, glue, mortar, bomb, wizard, super and tack shooter to get special ability for the temple , but the best is ice, glue and super.

on keyboard and mouse what button is it to constantly send bloons without clicking with your mouse

(It only works on Microsoft store version) basically you hold down your mouse on what bloon you want to send then once it's constant sending you press the hotkey to put down a tower while still holding then drag the tower to the opponents screen and boom

Look for a tutorial but basically: - Have windows store or mac version of the game (steam and mobile doesnt work) - Press mouse on bloon to send infinitely - Press tower selection hotkey (1,2,3) (dont hold, only press) - Try to drag the tower to your screen - Dont click outiside of towers or drag mouse outside of screen or you will lose the glitch
