Trust me, I’m not hatin on them, much love to them and I’m not touching that relationship with a 10-foot pole. That Swiftie nation is strong and I don’t want to be cancelled.

I LOVED the original USFL! But, I also hated it ... because as a Buffalo Bills fan it killed me to see Jim Kelly pass for 9,842 yards and 83 touchdowns for the Gamblers. But thanks to Trump, the USFL collapsed and Jimbo became a Bill! And BTW, the Hall of Fame should include his (and other players') USFL stats because it is the PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME -- and NOT the NFL Hall of Fame!

I think one problem with the ufl is how un spread out the teams are. It’ll be hard to garner fanbases in states other than Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia/Maryland/Dc, Texas, Missouri/Kansas, and Michigan. Lucky for me I live in Michigan lol (I plan on watching the games and possibly going to one)

The most watched sport in America is NCAA college football and people watch even though it;s not NFL quality. The key to the UFL is that it has to focus on fun and innovation and it should try to put on at least an NCAA quality product on the field. That and exposure--tv exposure is important. The NFL is ubiquitous--it's on NBC, CBS, FOX, and ESPN. The UFL will be on FOX and ESPN but a lot depends on how those networks will market the league. If they barely market it and leave the games to show on tape delay at 10 pm, the league is doomed.

The league stated they are on hold for two years. They want to bring two teams back from each conference until all the teams are eventually back. I know brotha. 2020 took my NY Guardians.

I'm annoyed the UFL games haven't started. Yesterday there was hockey, golf and college basketball on TV. Instead of wasting time and watching any of those boring games I did some inside house work since it was raining.

Now, now ... I agree that I am anticipating UFL games -- BUT -- hockey is GREAT! and college basketball is just starting it's March Madness! Golf, I agree. I would rather watch pain dry ... which it kinda is.

The league is absolutely selling itself as a stepping stone to the nfl. That's the selling point to the players. The xfl especially bragged about how many players got invited to nfl training camps.

So they can expand to the west. The reason why they got rid of the seadragons is cuz of travel costs. If the league becomes profitable more teams will appear and definitely the seadragons cuz they have a pretty big fan base.

Challenge fans to pack their home stadium. St Lous is setting the Standard for the UFL. Each game should average around 35-40,000 fans a game. Promos and give aways, i.e, who has the most fans get free food limited from certain restaurants. Make social media a branding for the league and fans. NFL players who are battling with injuries and/or spots on the teams due to big time players who are playing. This is a problem because you can't take major role out and these players can't get a chance to showcase talent because of it. So. I challenge fans to a TikTok challenge to sellout there home game for there team and see who does first. Exploit players to be seen and heard from social media, giving them game reps and exposure from Former NFL Championship winning coaches, coordinators, players and NFL like media to be at the Pinnacle of there careers.

Im gonna give it a chance ill give it 2 full seasons. The problems i have begins with ownership. Dwayne is active on wwes roster and hes seriously trying to make a comeback at mania, but hes not pulling 100 percent of his weight. Its Danas league. They need to focus on expansion in year 2. Also no. If you're trying to field a competitive product, you need your own crop of talent. The reason i like the rules in the ufl is because it creates a different viation of the game that requires skills some nfl players would struggle to pick up on. We just need faster gameplay.

The 7:10 XFL WAS ON THE WAY HAD COVID NOT HIT.... I SAW ALMOST EVERY SINGLE GAME AND WAS ON MY WAY TO TEXAS AND BOOM C 1 9 RUINED everything. Packed stadiums, high viewership, great plays, good calls, players we wanted to see . It was just awesome.. we got CHEATED as fans. The best of football 🏈 was back.

IMO for this to actually work, I say let the NFL owners be MINOR owners of the team. Just like the NBA does with the G League & WNBA. This will give the league strong financial backing AND the NFL would be invested in ensuring that the league does well (if not eventually expanding) to give players on the cusp or who might have flamed out, an opportunity to get better and return to the big league. Instead of going North to the CFL (which is barely hanging on) or going East to EuroLeague and not getting really anything.

Interesting point. I would also go to 16 teams. Perhaps 2 NFL teams could sponsor/support 1 UFL team? The separation of USF club interests might be an issue, i.e. which NFL team's player get the reps, etc -- but it could be an addition to each NFL team's Practice Squad.

i like this idea. I hope this league grows as big as the NFL. I would love to see a couple Canadian teams roll into this mix because come on our CFL sucks so bad 6 teams or 8 i have no idea anymore but i do know it is very very very boring to watch. i would love to see atleast 25+ teams in this league. I just hope these guys get paid well and not a bag of donkey feed. They are just as good as the nfl they have the same skills the same drive and passion so i would like to see them get paid a more than fair salary and not just a basic garbage contract/salary. i just hope vince the molester mcmahon is not involved in this at all. so mr rock if u think you are as good as ppl say why not come to Canada and see if u can grab a couple teams for this new league oh and name a few more teams after horses and wolves. The XFL was cool to see and then they caved like connor mcgreggor in the 3rd round. i wish this league and players/coaches/medical staff/fans/ground crews/vendors/ all the best and make this actually happen go get em boys. Oh and Rock hire me as the Stallions mascot i'll bring it every game and hype up the fans.

So there's now 5 pro teams, 5 college teams, and countless lower tier teams in the state of Texas(just for football alone, not including the Rangers/Astros(MLB)Stars(NHL), and Mavericks/Rockets(NBA)). Even tho NFL Europe shut down in 2005, there is a new big league coming up in Europe. It's called ELF (European League of Football) spanning from May to end of September. Definitely a good opportunity to continue watching football when the NFL and UFL seasons are over!

Having an influencer as a player is a really bad sign. Gimmicks won’t make up for a lack of talent on the field. The biggest advantage the NFL has is little to no competition. Spring football is up against March Madness, the NBA & NHL playoffs. Too much football just dilutes the product.
