I've had 3 up close sightings, but not sure a photo would convince anybody, what the object did would. Myself and another man saw a classic football shaped object not 200 yards away. It was as big as a house. It glowed bright orange like red hot metal, and had an orange mist or vapor around it. It made no noise whatsoever. I saw it first, coming up the beach (this was in Florida) and pointed it out to the other man. It was moving slowly, maybe 20mph. Finally it stopped and hovered. It was about 100 feet above the beach right at the waterline. It seemed to flatten out into a narrow rectangle, and then suddenly it shot off to the east at the most fantastic speed I've ever seen. It shot over the horizon and almost appeared to dive into the Atlantic Ocean, but I believe it was following the curve of the earth. It left a long orange vapor trail that lasted several minutes. I told people at work the next day that laughed at me, then the radio announced several people at the beach had reported the same object. Then they believed me. This was Oct '73 and I was 19. We don't have anything that can sit perfectly still, and then shoot off like a bullet. No sonic boom.

C'mon stop lieing. Nobody wants to hear that crazy talk. That's what people tell me when I talk about the enormous cigar shaped thing. It made the power fail till it was across the mountain it was passing. The most wonderful terrifying experience I've ever had. I lived near the top of the mountain and I was so close to it a shadow engulfed the lawn. Within a few minutes of it's departing my father pulled up screaming.... we saw a giant flying thing! Wouldn't say ship lol a small red orb was spotted a few times after but I refused to look up after that.. scared it might be there

@@stephenhurd1489 I tell people what I saw, I don't care what they think. I will tell my UFO stories till the day I die, because I really saw them. Not sure what they are, I believe they are spiritual, but that's my personal opinion.

Since Nov., 2018 I have had 10 UFO sightings around my NJ home including several this week! Both my friend and I have been followed by UFOs in the wee hours of the morning and last weekend I sped away from one near my house at 0510.

I seen something VERY similar to that "RED DISK"in 2017 West Palm Beach FL at 3:30 am flying from the southern horizon DIRECTLY north and looked over towards it 3 Times. So I have 3 sorta stages to my experience and my girl at the time Was right there too!!!
