no its not. it's to preserve the England and the rest of UK. if you don't like it go to somalia and use it there, but no miraa in Europe.

why don't they ban alcohol which have much worse effect than khat

Insightful video and I'm glad Khat has been banned. Just on observation alone, I would say Somali men behave better without Khat.
