Thanks for the tips, I have downloaded files to my camera but I am looking to see if there is a way to download 360 videos to a phone or computer so that they are on the phone or computer so they can be manipulated the same way the can be on the camera, thanks for any suggestions...

Great that insta360 has competition. I would love to see side by side footage with both and an overall comparison. I use the insta360 for so many things, it's like having multiple cameras in one.

I have a Panox V2 on order. I hope to do a comparison to my Insta360. There are so fragile I will save the Panox for when I want the higher quality 360 and use the Insta for every day carry.

Lame it’s not water proof. 360 is great for action stuff but a serious pain in the butt for regular filming like vlogging. That extra step of reframing is very unneeded for regular filming when you know what you are actually pointing at. Not sure if I missed it but I’m sure your mentioned it looks like they just copied the x3. Or tried.

12K??? Why does the official site say that it only has 5.7K?

Its not 12k, its the basic mislead... claiming that two 5.7k sensors equal 12k. But 12k is 4x6k.. not 2x6k.

Hey, 12K means you can take 12K or 12K HDR photos. But for videos, there are 5.7K@30FPS, 4K60FPS and 8K@10FPS.

UNUSABLE FOR LONG VIDEOS - Whenever I record long videos, the PanoX V2 stops for about 2,5 seconds every time it has to create a new file/segment. This happens independently of which segment duration I choose. This makes the footage incomplete and, in my case, unusable!

You can choose in settings to record one minute, 10 min files, or longer. Check your settings. Also, make sure you have high speed rate microSD to withstand the 5.7k resolution.

As I said in my comment: this happens independently of whatever segment size I choose!! I record classic music concerts so even 30min segments do not encompass a full concert. I will loose 2,5 seconds on a 1h concert. My microSD card is one of the fastest available a Sabrent V30 A2 compliant. Do the test yourself recording a stopwatch on a computer screen...

@hussainwake7127 there is no "solution"! Pano needs to address this flaw in a firmware update. I returned my camera so I am not sure if they ever did release a new firmware version that solved this

@@AndreGranjo thanks for your reply I just got it resantly I'm planning to take it with me on a motorcycle Trip I haven't tested it yet I still have my insta x2 as secondary I will let you know if the software update any good after I test it
