Fire rate boosts work differently from damage boosts, it doesn't just add up to 83%. let's use a unit that does 1k damage every 0.1 seconds for example 1000 + 50% = 1500 0.1 - 33% = 0.067 1500 ÷ 0.067 = 22,388 dps, a 120% increase from the 10k dps without enchants With springlocked, it's only a 4k DPS difference, even tho springlocked is better in terms of DPS, it's still too rare to get for only a bit more dps
