Small detail but I found it highly compelling the fact that you mentioned the other communities, rather than only focusing on your own. Stands out as a strong sign of long view thinking, lack of scarcity mindset...so many business thought leaders preach "abundance mindset" but don't practice it...always going for the short term interest, even at expense of the quality and accuracy of their content. You seem like a real one!

Hmm, $3m revenue with a couple of years of self taught coding, that other kid landing a $250k job with no coding exp. I'm 10 years being a Java engineer for the biggest firm in UK based in London, I can code full stack API's on my own. I'm on £55k, about $108k AUS. Previously was a statistician/formula expert/VB dev. I'm starting to pivot into AI now for a job change eventually but mainly to build my own SaaS, as you say I'm in the wrong boat clearly. Your advice will come in handy I hope.

It doent matter if u dont know how to code Even without coding if you know how prompt engineering works thats already alot of progress If you know how to question properly you will get answer very easily If u wanna go in the manager route u wont need it but if u wanna go in Developer route its highly recommended that u learn coding basics

Liam has a course on starting a business doing ai dev and selling solutions. It’s expensive to join and the course is not worth it (it’s all free on his KZbin and other people). But !!! You pay to access all the developers and more. You copy them, learn from them and discuss with the community. Finally you start to make stuff that works. I built my first company chatbot - took me 5 weeks
