@Antares X No. An F1 car obliterates every racing car around the world at any track. F1 Cars have insane downforce. Having top speed doenst make a car faster then a very high downforce beast. F1 cars are build for downforce to have the fastest lap time around a track not having the highest top speed. And on minimal aero on monza the ferrari sf90 of sebastian vettel on heavy fuel went 365kmh with slipstream and DRS. And heavy fuel makes huge difference.

I don't think anyone is saying it doesn't take balls to race indy, but lets be honest, thats what indy is, a measure of balls not skill (I'm not saying it takes no skill, but comparatively its nothing compared to F1) . Best drivers race F1 because its the most difficult and best open cockpit racing. There are 20 other cars on a F1 track as well, all trying to get through the first corner. Spa Francorchamps first lap through Eau Rouge is as crazy as anything indy can throw at it.
